Meal Plan Week of May 14-18

One week in the books! This week was delicious, on budget, and matched well with the weather. We got to have one grilling night! Here's a review of the meals this week:

These bagels are so good and so easy!

The pasta was okay. There is another roasted veggie pasta I makes with orzo that is really good so I think I’ll make that one next time.

The one night we got to grill! Beyond Burgers with Chrissy Tiegens burger sauce recipe. Her burger sauce is bomb! Mayo, ketchup, chopped up pickles, and Cholula. Try it! And corn on the cob because it screams summer.

The picture isn’t great but these are the foil packets. So versatile! You can put any protein and/or veggie in there. Hubby was not super excited about these until we had them!

Instant Pot!! This cabbage soup is so yummy! Makes great lunch leftovers too. I always add a little oregano and a garlic glove to the recipe.

That was all the dinner. Then I discovered this AMAZING treat. Peanut butter Halo Top with cut up banana and chocolate syrup. Whoa.

Next weeks plan! I’m stepping up my game and making some delicious meals since I’m now being watched :) I will be out of town this week so the hubby is on his own with burgers and grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Hoping the weather stays decent for our grilled Fish Tacos

Another blog/instragram worth following. Making these tasty Thai Beef Bowls.

The recipe for the bagels can also be used as pizza dough!! I’m turning that into this amazing pizza!!

Happy Mother’s Day weekend!!
