Meal Plan Week of 4th of July!

Who isn't ready for the sun to came back and to BBQ and drink on the patio??? We are enjoying a "work on the house" staycation next week. Which means grilling time! This last week we ate out a couple nights so I've still go steak to cook up somehow and salmon cakes. The Mediterranean salad for the week was great! Craig loved the empanadas! I'm also obsessed with my Sunday meal prep frittata for the week!























This week we'll be doing some grilling of course! I also have to balance out that meat with some vegetarian of course.

Another veggie meal from Half Baked Harvest I've been dying to make. Fingers crossed it tastes good and Craig doesn't hate it... This did call for some Tahini so I have a big bottle of it.. homemade hummus coming up soon!

We will also be making home made ice-cream this week for sure! I'm also definitely making this cocktail (with vodka of course)! Bring on summer!
